Khadija’s healthcare career spans over 20 years in both the public and private sector and includes all aspects of hospital management, international business development, medical tourism and business revenue growth and expansion.  She started as Head of Public Relations and Outpatient Clinic Manager at the Royal Free Hospital in London and in 2000, joined HCA in a variety of management roles rising into Director of Business and International Relations.

Khadija’s leadership has significantly grown the international market for overseas patients into Private Hospitals and contributed to the London economy through medical tourism.

Khadija was running an award winning division, achieving both the prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade in 2014 and the global IMTJ Healthcare Awards for Best Specialist International Patient Centre – recognising medical tourism in 2014 and 2015.  She works primarily with the Middle Eastern countries and at the highest levels, liaising closely with Ministries of Health, Embassies in UK, Dignitaries, Heads of State and Royalty.

Khadija holds a Master’s degree (MBA) in International Business and a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Westminster; and two degrees in Administrative and International Business (BEP/CAP) from Mission Local for Business Studies (Troyes, France)

Khadija is married and has one child.  She enjoys spending quality time with her close family and relations, as well as cooking, entertaining, pursuing cultural activities and extensive travel to exotic destinations. One of her other passions is the pursuit of her physical and mental well-being.
